IAMONET-RU-Alumni

Did you already finish your mobility successfully? Are you still thinking of how to stay in contact with other grantees you have met during your mobility abroad? Would you like to be informed about further research cooperation or are you looking for new research contacts?

In October 2008, IAMONET-RU Alumni Association was established to facilitate contacts between the Alumni, their host universities and other partner organisations with an aim to enhance the personal and professional development and promote academic cooperation between the EU and Russian universities.

Within the project we are working constantly on the further implementation of the Alumni-Network. If you have any idea, what you would like to do within the Alumni-Work, please contact us.

Who are IAMONET-RU Alumni?

IAMONET-RU Alumni are young individuals, who participated in an Erasmus Mundus academic mobility with Russia (both Russian and EU nationals). If you are participating in the academic mobility now, you will become an alumnus / alumna after you successfully completed the project.

Why shall I get involved?

Alumni Network will help you not just to maintain contacts with your "new friends" and colleagues, but to contact new people and create future partnerships (Networking)
The day you finish the EM program is not the end, but the beginning of your professional growth
You stay in touch and spend time with the people of same education, interests and worldview

What was already done within the framework of Alumni?

1st International Alumni-Conference at Russian State Agrarian University in March 2010; the next conference is planned in spring 2011
Alumni succesfully participated at several conference at partner universities and at summerschools

Regional meetings at each partner university (e.g. at Omsk State Agrarian University in June 2010)
