Partner Universities

The EMA2-IAMONET-RU consortium consists of 20 partner universities. Thereof 12 Russian partner universities are from Russia (list of Russian partners) and 8 EU-universities (list of EU-partners).

Furthermore 2 associates are included in the consortium:

- Federal Ministry of Agriculture – Department of Education, Russia

- Association of Educational Institutions in the fields of Agriculture and Fisheries, Russia

Appeal procedures

 

The selection for grants within EMA2-IAMONET-RU is based on a transparent and fair procedure, done through the screening of the application documents submitted by the candidate within the certain deadline. Candidates, who have passed this stage, will be invited to an interview. The interview is done by an international commission, consisting of representatives of EU and Russian institutions.

 

At the end of the selection procedure each candidate will be informed about the selection.

Candidate, who were selected for the grant/reserve list have the chance to submit an appeal against the decision of the selection committee.

 

The appeal must be provided until 14 days after the selection results have been published.

 

Who can submit an appeal?

- If you were not selected for a grant

- If you are not on the reserve list

 

Reasons for an Appeal

The candidate must be able to prove that there was a mistake in the selection procedure.

 

Please keep in mind that only full application files submitted within the fixed deadline (usually announced on the web page of the project) are being selected and undergo the screening stage within the selection procedure.

 

How to submit an appeal

- Submit an official document

- Submit this document to the main coordinator of the project within 14 days after the official

selection results have been published

 

Procedure

After the appeal has been submitted the appeal committee will screen your appeal and will respond to each candidate in cases the official procedures have been respected. The response will be done within 14 days after the appeal has been submitted.
